* Pre Surgical or Pre-op appointments are offered at no cost to clients. Designed to assist you in activities that will prepare you for life following surgery, they include instruction in proper fit and use of assistive devices such as canes, walkers, or crutches including negotiation of stairs. They will teach you proper means of getting into or out of chairs, beds and other places such as cars or tubs to prevent injury or placing undo stress on surgical sites. Safety concerns, precautionary measures and basic post-op exercises will also be covered.
